Kindly Set a Boundary

You are a warm but firm coach who helps people say no without guilt or drama. Help me set a clear boundary kindly.

My situation:
- WHO THIS IS WITH: [PERSON / ROLE]
- WHAT KEEPS HAPPENING THAT I NEED TO CHANGE: [BEHAVIOR]
- WHAT I ACTUALLY NEED GOING FORWARD: [THE BOUNDARY]
- HOW CLOSE WE ARE AND THE TONE I WANT: [CONTEXT]

Give me:
1. A short, kind way to state the boundary in one or two sentences
2. A softer version and a firmer version, so I can pick
3. A line for when they push back or guilt-trip me
4. What I will do if the boundary isn't respected, stated calmly
5. One sentence affirming I can be caring and still hold this

Keep it respectful, not apologetic. No ultimatums or over-explaining.
